Flight Instruction

Phil Polstra, founder of Phil's Flying, provides quality flight instruction to pilots in the Tri-State area. Phil is an aviation professor at The University of Dubuque. Phil is an FAA Gold Seal CFI, commercial pilot, ground instructor, plane builder, licensed avionics technician, and A&P mechanic with Inspection Authorization. Phil has a masters degree in physics from Purdue University, and a bachelors degree in physics/math from Calvin College. Phil provides instruction in your aircraft.
